Effective Date: 03/14/2026
This policy outlines the shipping, return, and cancellation terms for purchases made through eatdiamondspur.com.
Shipping Information
Diamond Spur Provisions & Meats ships orders Monday through Thursday to ensure frozen products arrive in the best condition possible.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
We only guarantee delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please verify that your shipping address is correct. Redirecting packages while in transit may cause delays and could result in thawed product.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Transit Times
Due to the perishable nature of our frozen products, we limit transit time to a maximum of three (3) consecutive business days.
Orders may ship from one of our fulfillment locations depending on inventory availability:
-
Las Vegas, Nevada
-
Sturgis, South Dakota
-
McNeal, Arizona
Orders shipped outside the continental United States may be shipped via FedEx 2-Day service when available.
Shipping Carriers
We ship using FedEx and other trusted shipping partners to ensure reliable delivery and competitive shipping rates.
Order Processing Times
Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted (such as pre-order items).
Bulk beef orders may require 5–7 business days for processing before shipment. Once shipped, delivery typically occurs within 1–3 business days depending on location.
Out of Stock Items
Our products come from animals raised in natural conditions, and availability may vary depending on harvest schedules and seasonal factors.
If an item is temporarily unavailable, you may select “Notify Me When Available” on the product page to receive an email when the item is restocked.
Many items return to stock within a few days.
Perishable Products and Freshness
All frozen products are shipped in insulated containers with dry ice or food-safe gel packs to maintain safe temperatures during transit.
Products are shipped frozen. In warm weather conditions, some items may arrive partially thawed but still safe to refreeze and consume.
If your order arrives significantly thawed or compromised, please:
-
Take photos of the package and product
-
Contact us at orders@dspmeats.com with your order number
Our team will review the issue and work with you to resolve it.
Shelf-Stable Products
Certain products, such as grass-fed beef snack sticks, are fully cooked and shelf stable. These items do not require refrigeration but may be refrigerated to extend their shelf life beyond the stated one-year shelf life.
If included in an order with frozen products, shelf-stable items may be packaged together with dry ice or gel packs.
After Delivery
We recommend transferring your order to the refrigerator or freezer immediately upon delivery, or at least on the same day.
If any portion of your order feels warm to the touch, please:
-
Take photos of the product
-
Discard the affected item
-
Contact orders@dspmeats.com
Food safety is extremely important to us, and we will review the situation promptly.
Dry Ice Disposal
If your shipment includes dry ice, please handle it carefully.
To dispose of dry ice safely:
-
Place it in a well-ventilated area at room temperature
-
Allow it to sublimate naturally
Do not place dry ice in a sealed container, trash can, or sink disposal system.

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been shipped.
