Products & Quality

Our cattle graze naturally on healthy pastures from birth to harvest. No feedlots, no hormones, no antibiotics. Just naturally raised cattle producing nutrient-rich, flavorful beef.

We do not carry organic certification, but our cattle are raised without GMOs, herbicides, pesticides, or synthetic chemicals, and pastures are carefully maintained.

We provide steaks, roasts, grinds, snack sticks, and more. Check our shop for current availability, bundles, and subscription options.

Yes! We offer bulk orders and subscription boxes so you can stock up while saving on shipping.

Frozen beef stays at peak quality for 6–12 months in a freezer. Shelf-stable items like snack sticks last up to 1 year unrefrigerated.

Our grass-fed beef snack sticks are cooked and shelf-stable. They can be refrigerated to extend their shelf life but don’t require it.

Absolutely. Cattle are pasture-raised, never sent to feedlots, and never given antibiotics or hormones. Our practices are Audubon certified and aligned with ethical ranching standards.

Caring for Your Beef

Transfer frozen products to your freezer immediately, or at least the same day. Thaw in the refrigerator before cooking.

Place dry ice in a well-ventilated area at room temperature and allow it to sublimate. Never place it in a trash can, sink, or sealed container.

Grass-fed beef is leaner than grain-fed, so it cooks faster. Use lower temperatures and a meat thermometer for best results.

Yes! Freeze immediately to maintain quality. Avoid repeated thawing and refreezing.

Yes! We recommend portioning and vacuum sealing for optimal freshness and freezer efficiency.
