We started Diamond Spur with a simple belief: people should know where their food comes from, and they should feel good about putting it on their table. Somewhere along the way, beef got complicated. Feedlots, long supply chains, and animals raised far from the land they were meant to graze. We wanted to bring things back to something more honest.

So we built Diamond Spur around the way cattle have been raised for generations.

Our cattle live on open pasture, grazing on grass the way nature intended. They move across healthy land, soaking up sunshine and fresh air, growing slowly and naturally. No feedlots. No antibiotics. No hormones. No GMOs. Just cattle, pasture, and time.

That slower, more natural way of raising beef does something remarkable. It produces flavor you can actually taste. The kind of flavor that turns a simple steak into the centerpiece of a meal. The kind that reminds you why beef became a tradition in the first place.

We also believe the land deserves as much care as the animals. That’s why we practice regenerative ranching, working with the soil and pastures so they become healthier every year.
