Local Pickup Policy

Diamond Spur Provisions & Meats offers local pickup for customers who prefer to collect their orders in person rather than have them shipped.

Pickup Location

Local pickup orders can be collected at one of our designated pickup locations.

Pickup instructions will be sent after your order is confirmed.

Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification with pickup instructions.

Please wait for this confirmation before arriving to ensure your order is prepared and ready.

Orders are typically ready for pickup within 1–3 business days, depending on product availability.

Local pickup is available by appointment or during designated pickup hours. Pickup times will be provided in your confirmation email.

All products sold by Diamond Spur Provisions & Meats are perishable food items.

Once your order has been picked up, the responsibility for proper storage, refrigeration, and food safety transfers to the customer.

We recommend bringing a cooler or insulated bag if you will be transporting frozen products for an extended period.

Orders must be picked up within 3 days of the pickup notification.

If an order is not picked up within this timeframe, we may need to restock or dispose of perishable items, and refunds may not be available.
